It appears mankind's way of thinking is that there is no God and we just appeared here in this amazing universe by chance and once we die that's it, or something like that. But God tells us in the bible He created mankind for His own glory, and that He had a plan from before the creation of the world to
give eternal life to all who will choose it. God has created us with a free will, which means God does not force us to accept His way of salvation, but rather offers it as a gift for us to choose or reject.
Through studying the bible we can see that
Jesus is waiting patiently for the Day when He will return, when He does the graves will be opened and all who have died believing in Him will be raised from the dead just like He was, and anyone still alive and trusting Jesus as Saviour will be caught up with them in the air to live with God forever.
This hope of eternal life is the only real hope offered in the world in which we live.Jesus rose to eternal life from the grave and proved He has power over death. The most powerful God who created the universe offers this same eternal life to us 'if' we put our trust in Him.
